What do you look for when renting or buying a home eg like high ceiling etc
The general UK new homes are 2400mm. From a designer point of view, whenever I see a home with high ceiling, I get excited but the reality remains that high ceilings equate high budget because the curtains will be bespoke. So if you are on a budget, high ceilings shouldn’t matter to you at all

Please I have a question out of curiosity.when the heater under the console table comes on will it not heat the table and at risk of burning? I love this inspiration and I am trying to work something out for my door entry as well. Your feedback is highly appreciated
No it won’t especially since the it is made of mostly metal underneath. We also don’t let the console sit directly on the radiator. I hope this helps

Hello ma'am, welldone. Beautiful and simple. Just want to cheap in a little bit. In my opinion the sofa wold have face the wall were those frames are, backing the dining area then the TV/ unit would be on the wall where those frames are. So that at the end of the day they won't struggle to watch the TV when they need to. What do you think?
That would be my ideal placement but the client was strict on wanting the tv where it has always been. If we insisted, that would mean more electrical works which wasn’t in their budget. I hope you appreciate that a lot is considered when carrying some of these projects especially when dealing with new builds. I appreciate your input and I agree that would have been the ideal placement 🥹
